How to Configure DST in Windows 95/98/NT4/ME:

1. Download TIMEZONE.EXE v1.01 command line tool from Windows 98 Resource Kit (RK) [6 KB].

2. Run TIMEZONE.EXE from a DOX box/session/console to view its command line parameters + usage details:
